Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns for Businesses/Organisations (Non-Consumers)
If you are a business or organisation and wish to return unused items within 14 working days, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
Submit a self- request return:
Click the profile icon or “My Account” in the store's menu
1. Log in to your account:
· In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
· In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
· Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
Please ensure that all returned items are in their original packaging and in perfect condition. While we aim to minimise costs for our customers, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the sender.
Returns for Private Consumers (Consumers)
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you are a private consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items for a full refund (including delivery charges).

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@avitdirect.co.uk. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalised items)
- Final sale items
- Special order items

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
